1. Request You can send us a translation request by mail, fax, e-mail or phone. In some cases, the document to be translated is already attached.
2. Concretization We will get in touch with you immediately in order to obtain further information regarding your request.

3. Offer We analyse in detail your request and submit our written proposal (order confirmation included) within a short period of time via mail, fax or e-mail with a binding statement of price and expiry date.
4. Order You can order our services simply by sending the signed order confirmation via fax or mail.
Please name a single contact in the order confirmation along with their contact data. This person should be qualified and authorized to provide us with any necessary additional information .
5. Execution The translation project is executed by us. In some cases, it may be useful to get back to the contact person with specific questions.
6. Authentication Where necessary and ordered, the authorised translator will authenticate the translation.
7. Delivery According to your time, format and layout requirements, we will deliver the document on paper and/or in electronic form.
8. Invoicing You will receive an invoice from us for the services performed.
