With regard to the future growth of our network, we make sure that we gather the right professional compentencies – and not only linguistic competence. All our members are highly experienced in the field of translation and interpreting and this also represents the level set for searching new colleagues. But the professional abilities of a newcomer can also be pleasantly convincing.
